- We offer beginning Western & English and intermediate Western riding lessons for all ages of riders.
- Children younger than 6 years old may need special evaluation, as they often have a shorter attention span and lessons may need to be modified to accommodate this.
- Our beginning horseback riding lessons are a wonderful way for children and adults to find out if horsemanship is right for them and a sport they want to pursue.
- Lessons are private 1 hour sessions scheduled by appointment with one of our instructors. The mounted time is approximately 45 minutes. The remaining time is spent learning to groom, tack and untack the horse.
- Our instructors are dedicated, hardworking individuals who have positive personalities and enjoy teaching. Your safety and happiness are always the priority.
- We have three different lesson horses that have lots of show experience and are safe to ride. Please "Meet our Horses" by clicking on this link.
- All needed gear is provided except boots, pants, and a helmet (we do have extras just in case) are supplied.
- Both our Release Agreement and that of the instructor's must be signed before riding at our facility. Please click on the download forms link for copies of the releases.
- Payment for the lesson is due at the conclusion of the lesson.
- Since your lesson reserves time with your instructor and the exclusive use of a school horse, we require at least a 24 hour cancellation notice if you cannot make the lesson. "No shows" may be charged $15.
